NickPick.io is made by one person, so there is no support desk and no ticket system. There is an inbox that gets read, and this page says what to send there and what to expect back.

Messages are answered in English or Russian, usually within a few days.

What to write about

A bug or a broken page

Send the address of the page, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps. Browser and device matter when the generator or the copy button misbehaves.

A nickname you want removed

The nicknames are generated and are not tied to real people, but if one matches your name, a trademark you own or contains something offensive in your language, send the exact nickname and the page where you saw it. We check every such request and remove entries that should not be in the pool.

Wrong or misleading text

The descriptions on collection pages are written with the help of language models and reviewed afterwards, and mistakes still slip through. If a page states something untrue about a platform, a limit or a name, point to the sentence and we will correct it.

Partnerships and press

Write to the same address. Advertising on the site, when it is shown, is served through Google AdSense; we do not place paid links inside collections or articles.

Before you write

  • Whether a nickname is free on Discord, Twitch, Steam or any other platform is checked on that platform, not here. We cannot reserve or release a name for you.
  • Favorites live in your browser's local storage. If they vanished after you cleared site data, we cannot restore them.
  • There are no accounts, so there is nothing to reset or delete on our side.
